Video allowances and refund terms

A technical render failure returns one allowance at the same resolution, once. Repeated polling or downloading does not charge another allowance. A completed video that later expires does not receive a replacement allowance.

Visual variation is different from technical failure. Use Report a problem beside a completed task for review. A report does not automatically trigger another generation, a cash refund or a new allowance.

You may request a full cash refund for your first paid package within 7 days of the charge if none of its video allowances has been used. A package with one or more used allowances, or a request made after 7 days, is not eligible under this policy. We do not prorate a partially used package.

Send the order number and account email to support@neondanceai.best. Do not share card details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; Stripe or the issuing bank may determine the posting time. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
