Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the service:

• Account information: email address, sign-in provider identifiers and account authentication records.
• Photos and media: the two photos you submit, generated videos, previews, task status and the signed media links needed to process a task.
• Request and safety data: selected mode, resolution, aspect ratio, consent confirmation, image quality and safety results, error state, and support reports.
• Payment information: order number, selected package, amount, currency, Stripe checkout and payment status, and refund or dispute records. Stripe processes card details; Neon Dance AI does not receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical information: IP-derived abuse-prevention counters, browser and device information, request timestamps, security logs and cookies required for authentication and site operation.
• Support communications: the message, order number or task ID that you choose to send to support.

Please do not upload a photo unless you have permission from every person shown. The service is not intended for children, and it is not designed to process medical, financial or government-identification data.

How we collect information

You provide information when you sign up, upload media, confirm consent, choose a format, start checkout, download a result or contact support. We also collect technical and security data automatically when you use the website. Payment and authentication providers may send us the status information needed to complete your order or secure your account.

How we use information

We use information to:

1. authenticate your account and preserve your draft across the upload, generation and checkout flow;
2. check uploaded photos for quality and safety;
3. send the selected photos, reference media and prompt to the configured H3 video gateway and process the resulting media into the requested format;
4. store, display and deliver your task and finished video;
5. create and reconcile Stripe orders, video allowances, refunds and disputes;
6. enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, investigate security events and protect the service;
7. respond to support, deletion and payment requests; and
8. measure reliability and improve the service using aggregated operational information.

We do not sell uploaded photos or generated videos, and we do not add them to public examples automatically. We do not use them to train public AI models.

Service providers

Neon Dance AI uses service providers that process information on its behalf:

• Cloudflare for hosting, private object storage, database, image handling, caching and security controls;
• the configured image safety provider for photo quality and safety checks;
• the configured MiniMax H3 gateway for the requested video generation;
• the configured video delivery processor for fixed-format MP4 normalization and authorized template-audio assembly; and
• Stripe for payment checkout, payment status and refunds.

Provider requests use expiring, signed media links where supported. Providers receive only the media and metadata required for the requested operation. International transfers

The service and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where a data-protection law requires a transfer mechanism, Neon Dance AI will use an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism. Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos, intermediate media and finished videos are retained for the configured period shown on this site, currently 24 hours, after which background cleanup removes them. A task that is still running may retain its inputs until it can finish safely. Account, order, allowance, payment and security records may be kept longer when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.

You can delete a finished task from the service where that control is available, or request account and media deletion from support. Deleting a task removes access immediately; backups, legal records and provider copies may follow their own deletion schedules.

Legal bases and user rights

For users covered by the GDPR or similar laws, processing may rely on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests in security and service operation, or legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis.

Send a request to support@neondanceai.best with the account email and enough detail for us to identify the request. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or private photos in email. We will verify the requester and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Children

Neon Dance AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required where you live). Do not submit a child's photo. If you believe a child's information was submitted, contact support so it can be reviewed and deleted.

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at /privacy with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced through the service or to the account email.
